Our Story

 

We began as a home based silk & dried flower shop in 1980 and designed fresh flower arrangements for over 500 weddings.  I taught floral design at Iona College and created commercial floral displays for clients such as NY Giants, General Foods and Ethan Allan. 

​

We evolved into a Children's Special Occasion Shop carrying clothing, dress and school shoes, and accessories. We stock over 100 styles of communion, christening and party dresses from infant to 14. Plus sizes available from 8x to 16x.  Suit styles range in sizes from infant to 20, husky sizes available from 8 husky to 20 husky.

We keep a Dress Register for each communion ceremony.  We will not sell her special dress to any other little girl in her class.

​

We cherish being part of each special milestone in your child's life. From their Baptism to their First Holy Communion, and beyond.  We have special attire for Birthdays, Flower Girls , Formal Parties, Father/Daughter dances and  Holidays.  

  

We provide "One-Stop-Shopping" convenience for your child's event with one-on-one attention in a comfortable environment.  Each child is given a one hour appointment with our knowledgeable staff.

We work closely with over 100 schools and stock everything those schools require.  Many items hand-made exclusively by us.
